- Media Assets: Video and audio files uploaded for processing, along with technical stream metrics (resolution, frame rate, duration, audio levels, and bitrate).
- Billing Records: Transaction IDs and subscription status. All payment card and wallet transactions are handled by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store raw payment card data on our servers.
- Third-Party Authorizations: When you connect social publishing integrations, we store securely encrypted access tokens solely to publish videos upon your direct request.
3. Media Storage & Automated Deletion Cycles
Your media assets are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage accessible exclusively by your authenticated session:
- Original Source Files: Raw uploaded videos are automatically scheduled for permanent deletion within 24 hours of optimization.
- Optimized Masters: Processed videos remain available in your private workspace for 24 hours on Free accounts, 3 days on Standard accounts, and 7 days on Premium accounts, after which they are permanently expunged.
- Zero Public Exposure: Your footage is never publicly indexed or accessible to other users.
4. How We Use Your Data
Information collected is used strictly to fulfill media processing requests:
- Performing video transcoding, motion stabilization, and loudness normalization.
- Tracking account conversion credits and active subscription benefits.
- Providing customer support and automatic credit recovery for failed operations.
- We never sell, distribute, or license your video footage, audio, or account details to third parties or artificial intelligence training datasets.
5. Security Safeguards
We enforce strict access controls, secure socket layer encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transfers, and encryption at rest across all storage volumes. Internal system components operate under strict least-privilege security policies.
